xTribo offers the complete spectrum of the measuring of rheologies and surface analytics, the simulation of the system of friction physics and mechanical contacts up to parameter optimization for the specific influencing of the tribological system properties. Our innovative simulation method provides quantitatively exact results in a broad field of application. The boundary element method for the simulation of rough elements used till now is for several orders of magnitude slower. Furthermore we have developed a fast measurement method which permits to characterize rheological media suddenly. Due to this measurement procedure, the mechanical behavior of synthetic materials can be comprised with minimal measuring effort.
